You must pay for your order by selecting a payment method after each order is placed. If you select an electronic payment method, your bank account will be debited immediately after acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and validation of your order, when the order confirmation email is sent. You agree, understand and confirm that the credit and/or debit card details provided by you will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit and/or debit card which is not lawfully owned by you. Further, the said information will not be utilized and shared by us with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. Given that we use a secure payment method, we will not be liable for any fraudulent or improper use of an electronic payment method. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you. If you select the cash on delivery method, you must make the payment concurrently with the receipt of the purchased Product(s) or Service(s); failing such concurrent payment no delivery of the Product(s) or Service(s) may be completed. Any discount or other promotional offers made from time to time are strictly subject to the individual terms and conditions with which they were issued, which may include, amongst other things, eligibility of use, order value or quantity and selected items. The discount may, upon our sole discretion, exclude certain brands and/or Product(s) of which you may only purchase at the original listed price.

Shipping

Ton’it will deliver your merchandise to your doorsteps. Orders will be deemed to have been placed when an email confirmation has been received from Ton’it to the client. Ordered Products are expected to be delivered within [3 to 10] business days from the day you receive an order confirmation email, except during high seasons or big events, delivery might be subject to delays. Any order once confirmed is not cancellable. Shipping costs will be shown during your purchase depending on your delivery address and merchandise.

Products

All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Refund

Ton’it doesn’t accept refunds, returns or exchanges. However, if you exceptionally have valid reasons please contact us so that we evaluate your refund eligibility on a case by case basis. Special fees may apply.

Pricing

We will try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Ton’it does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Disputes arising in connection therewith shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.
